Rolletto Review: It Takes UK Players, but Not GAMSTOP

Rolletto will take a British player and a British pound, which already separates it from most of the offshore brands ranking for these searches. What it will not give you is anything the Gambling Commission stands behind. It lets British players in, and says so

Most offshore casinos that rank for UK searches either block a British connection or bar British residents in their terms. Rolletto does neither.

Its restricted list names Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the U.S.A and its dependencies, and FATF blacklisted countries. Britain is absent. Search the whole terms document for “United Kingdom” or “Great Britain” and there is no match.

The currency list backs it up: GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, BRL and a run of cryptocurrencies. Sterling is there, so a British player is not paying a conversion spread on every deposit.

Rolletto is operated by Santeda International B.V. under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1798/1048. It holds no Gambling Commission licence, which has three concrete consequences.

GAMSTOP does not reach it. If you have self-excluded through GAMSTOP, that exclusion stops at the border of the British licensed market, and this site sits outside it. That is the single most important line in this review.

The offers, and the wagering that comes with them

The headline is a casino welcome package worth up to 5,500 across your first three deposits: 150% up to 500 on the first, 50% up to 2,000 on the second, 25% up to 3,000 on the third.

The crypto welcome bonus is where the terms get specific, and it is the one to read closely:

Run the arithmetic. A 500 deposit matched to 500 means 40x on 1,000, which is 40,000 of turnover, capped at 5 a spin, inside five days. That is 8,000 spins in 120 hours.

It is not impossible, but it is not a bonus you complete casually, and the terms also note that bonus and real money are not separated, so cancelling mid-way strips the bonus, its winnings and the amount you wagered from your balance.

One thing to watch

An earlier connection to rolletto.com from outside the UK resolved to rolletto1.cc, a mirror domain carrying the same site and the same Santeda footer. Mirror domains are ordinary practice for offshore operators working around market-level blocks, but they matter to you for a practical reason: check the address bar before you deposit, because a lookalike domain is the easiest thing in the world to spoof.

The verdict

As offshore casinos aimed at British players go, Rolletto is one of the more straightforward. It admits UK players rather than pretending to, it holds sterling, it names its operator and licence in its terms, and its promotional small print is unusually specific about wagering, time limits and maximum bets.

None of that makes it equivalent to a UKGC site. No GAMSTOP, no Commission oversight, and a headline bonus whose wagering requirement is four times what a British-licensed casino would typically ask.
