Privacy policy
This policy covers casinofigure.com. It is written to be read rather than to be survived, and it describes what actually happens on this site.
Who is responsible
casinofigure.com is the data controller for the information described here. Contact us through the contact form for anything in this policy, including a request to see, correct or delete what we hold.
What we collect
If you use the contact form
Your name, your email address, the subject you chose and your message. We use them only to reply. We keep the exchange while it is live and delete it once it is finished, and we do not add you to a mailing list because we do not run one. We also store a short one-way hash derived from your IP address, which lets us spot a flood of automated submissions and cannot be turned back into your address.
If you accept analytics
Google Analytics 4, and only if you press Accept on the cookie banner. It sets cookies and tells us how many people visited, which pages were read and roughly where in the world visitors came from. IP anonymisation is switched on. Nothing from Google is requested before you accept, and if you decline, nothing is loaded at all. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s cookies.
Automatically, by the server
Our host and Cloudflare keep standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site up. That is ordinary server operation rather than something we analyse.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising networks or retargeting pixels. We do not build profiles of readers. We do not ask you to create an account, because there is nothing here to log into.
Where your data goes when you leave
Links to casinos are affiliate links. When you follow one, the operator’s own site takes over and its privacy policy applies, not ours. The affiliate network may record that the visit came from us so a commission can be attributed. We never receive your name, your account details or anything about your play.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Ask through the contact form and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Legal basis
We reply to your message on the basis of legitimate interests, because you asked us to. We run analytics only on the basis of your consent, which is why nothing loads until you give it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page rather than change it quietly.
