SkillOnNet Casinos and Sister Sites

Skill On Net Limited holds UKGC account 39326, the licence behind PlayOJO and Queen Vegas among more than fifty live brands.

Checked against the Gambling Commission register on 27 September 2026

SkillOnNet is the platform and licence behind PlayOJO, Queen Vegas, Spin Genie, Mega Casino, Prime Casino and more than forty other casinos that British players can open today. Every one of them trades under a single Gambling Commission account, 39326, held by Skill On Net Limited. On the register published on 27 September 2026 that account lists 51 active trading names and 61 domains: 40 run by SkillOnNet itself, 19 marked as white labels run for partner brands such as Genting Casino, and 2 inactive.

White label casinos on the SkillOnNet licence

The register marks another group of domains as White Label. These carry their own branding, and some belong to other companies, but the licence, the player protections and the complaint route are SkillOnNet’s. The footers on GeckoPlay, Luna Casino, Winlandia and Regency Casino all name Skill on Net Ltd as the operator under account 39326.

Regency Casino (regencycasino.com) and Jackpot Star (jackpotstar.com) also sit on the account as domains without a matching trading name on the register. Genting’s responsible gambling hub, saferplay.gentingcasino.com, is listed as a white label domain too.

Mega Casino, Spin Genie and Prime Casino sister sites

People search for sister sites of these three brands separately, but the answer is the same list. Mega Casino (megacasino.co.uk), Spin Genie (spingenie.co.uk and spingenie.com) and Prime Casino (primecasino.co.uk) are all Active domains on account 39326, so their sister sites are every other brand in the tables above.

Prime Casino says so on its own homepage, crediting “our affiliation with SkillOnNet” for its game range, and it has in-house siblings on the same register: Prime Slots and Prime Scratch Cards. Mega Casino’s homepage claims more than 5,000 games; Spin Genie’s claims more than 4,000 and advertises 120 free spins on Book of Dead for a first deposit of £10 or more. Read the full terms before claiming either: the homepage headline is not the whole offer.

Genting Casino sister sites

Genting Casino (gentingcasino.com) is the best known of the white labels. It is branded by Genting, whose land-based venues include Resorts World Birmingham and The Palm Beach in London, but on the Gambling Commission register the domain sits on Skill On Net Limited’s account as a white label. Its homepage streams live roulette from Genting venues, including Manchester and Resorts World Birmingham. The welcome offer shown on 27 September 2026 was a first deposit bonus of up to £25 with free spins on Big Bass Bonanza, credited on a £10 minimum deposit, with 10x wagering on the bonus and on the spin winnings.

So Genting Casino’s sister sites, in the sense that matters to a player, are the other SkillOnNet brands: same licence, same cashier rules, same complaint route.

The 2023 Gambling Commission settlement

On 23 May 2023 the Gambling Commission announced that Skill On Net Limited would pay £305,150 after an investigation found social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures. The Commission described it as a business “which runs 50 websites”.

The settlement published at the time consisted of the £305,150 payment in lieu of a financial penalty, directed to socially responsible causes, £9,079 towards the Commission’s investigation costs, agreement to publish a statement of facts, and an independent third-party audit of its anti-money laundering and safer gambling controls. Among the aggravating factors, the Commission noted that three compliance assessments had all found failings, and that problems were still found after two periods of special measures.

The detailed public statement has since been taken down: the Commission keeps public statements online for three years. The register’s regulatory actions page for account 39326 now reads “No regulatory actions have been recorded for this business.” That is how the register handles expired statements, not evidence that the settlement did not happen. The Commission’s news announcement is still live.

What sharing one licence means for you

  • One complaint route. A dispute with any of these brands goes to Skill On Net Limited first, then to its alternative dispute resolution service. The brand name on the site does not change who is responsible.
  • GAMSTOP covers them all. A GAMSTOP self-exclusion blocks every brand on the account at once. Excluding yourself from one brand directly is different, so check whether it applies across the network before relying on it.
  • Similar terms, different offers. The platform is shared, so cashier rules and bonus policies look much the same from brand to brand. The welcome offers differ, and that is where to compare. A few carry no wagering, such as the 50 wager-free spins GeckoPlay showed on 27 September 2026; most attach wagering to the bonus or the spin winnings.
  • A new brand is not a new company. If a SkillOnNet brand has let you down, moving to another one on this list does not put you with a different operator.

How we checked

The brand, domain and licence lists come from the Gambling Commission’s business licence register data dated 27 September 2026, cross-checked against the public register entry for account 39326. On the same day every domain was loaded from a UK connection: 57 of the 61 loaded a casino page, and the four that did not are the two inactive entries, casinoandfriends.co.uk, which served a bot check, and vegaswinner.co.uk, which forwards to a missing page on vegaswinner.com. Offers and game counts are quoted from each brand’s own homepage on that date and change often.
