Gambiva Review: A 500 Euro Bonus Sold as 10,000

Gambiva draws around 1,100 UK searches a month. Most of the British-facing pages selling it advertise a welcome bonus of 800% up to €10,000. The casino’s own front page, loaded on 26 August 2026, offers 200% up to €500. Our score: 6 out of 10 for a UK audience.

That gap is the useful thing to know about this brand, and it is a good deal more concrete than its licensing, which we will get to.

The bonus you are sold is not the bonus that exists

Gambiva’s own casino advertises one welcome offer. The British-facing site advertises three more, and none of them match it.

€500 and €10,000 are not a rounding difference. The largest figure sold to British readers is twenty times the one on the casino’s own front page, and every version was live on the same day.

This is worth more than a shrug because a welcome bonus is usually the reason someone picks one offshore casino over another. If you chose Gambiva over a competitor on the strength of €10,000, you chose it on a number that does not exist.

There is a second problem with that €10,000. The terms cap withdrawals at €10,000 a month. Even if the bonus were real and you won all of it, collecting it would use up an entire month’s withdrawal allowance.

Is Gambiva licensed?

Not in Britain. The Gambling Commission publishes its register as four files, updated daily. We downloaded them on 26 August 2026 and searched businesses, trading names and domain names. Gambiva appears in none of them.

What it claims elsewhere is thinner than any operator we have reviewed. Clause 1.2 of its terms is a complete sentence, and this is the whole of it:

“The Company is licensed.”

No licensor, no number, no jurisdiction. The Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority is mentioned later, in a clause about prohibited countries, and the .co.uk footer says the casino is “licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros”. Neither gives a number you could check against a register.

An Anjouan licence is a low bar, and plenty of casinos hold one and say so properly. Zizobet is also unlicensed in Britain, and it publishes its operating company, its Curacao company number and its licence number in the first paragraph of its terms. The difference between the two is not regulatory. It is a decision about how much to tell you.

Withdrawal limits, and the €100 floor

Clause 6.13 is the one to read before depositing anything:

“Minimum withdrawal amount for bank and E-wallet/Cryptocurrency is €100 (or currency equivalent). The daily withdrawal limit is €1,000 (or currency equivalent). The monthly withdrawal limit is €10,000 (or currency equivalent).”

The minimum deposit is €20. So you can pay in €20 and you cannot take out less than €100. If you deposit €20, win €60 and want to stop, you cannot. The balance sits there until you have built it past €100, which means continuing to gamble with money you have already decided to keep.

Two other clauses shape what comes back:

• Clause 6.5. Withdrawals may be denied if the total amount you have bet is less than your last deposit, and the initial deposit must be wagered at least once before any withdrawal.
• Clause 7.6. Playing with an active bonus is barred on a named list of slots, including 9 Pots of Gold, Immortal Romance, Wanted Dead or a Wild and Tomb Raider. 9 Pots of Gold is on the casino’s own home page as a popular game, so it is possible to open a bonus and then play a game that does not count towards it without being told.

And should any of it go wrong, the terms cap the company’s liability at the value of the bet in question or €500, whichever is lower.

Restricted countries, and what it means in practice

Gambiva’s terms name the United Kingdom in their restricted-countries clause, alongside the USA, Netherlands, France, Australia and others. The cashier does not enforce it: the site accepted a Manchester connection on 26 August 2026 and its own country configuration lists Great Britain among those it serves.

This is ordinary for the sector rather than remarkable, and we are not going to present it as a discovery. Almost every offshore casino with UK search demand carries a clause like this and takes British registrations anyway.

It is still worth knowing, for one narrow reason. A clause you are technically in breach of is a clause an operator can reach for if it does not want to settle a large withdrawal. It rarely comes up on a routine €200 payout. It is exactly the kind of thing that surfaces when the amount is worth arguing about, and there is no British regulator to appeal to.

Gambiva sister sites: the Softon Ltd network

The .co.uk names Softon Ltd as the operator and lists three siblings, in a comparison table with a Trustpilot column. These are the site’s own figures for itself and its own network:

The Softon Ltd attribution is the site’s own account and we have not checked it against a company register. What the table does establish is that all four claim the same Anjouan licence, all four were established in 2025, and all four take a €20 minimum deposit. The bonus figure in the Gambiva row is the €10,000 one, which is the figure the casino itself does not offer.

Is Gambiva on GAMSTOP?

No. GAMSTOP covers businesses holding a British operating licence, and Gambiva holds none.

It is a functioning casino with real games in it. Nothing above says otherwise.

What this means if you were looking for it

If you came here because of a bonus figure, check which one you were shown. The casino’s own offer is 200% up to €500. Anything larger came from a page that is selling the casino rather than running it.

Beyond that, the practical position is the usual one for an unlicensed operator, with two specifics worth carrying: you cannot withdraw less than €100 having been allowed to deposit €20, and the company’s liability to you is capped at €500.

The verdict

Two out of ten. Not for being offshore, which is the starting position for most of the brands people search for by name, and not for the restricted-countries clause, which is standard.

It scores where it does because the number used to sell it is twenty times the number it offers, because its licence clause is four words long with no regulator named and no number to check, and because it will take €20 from you and not let you take €100 back out.
