Mr Vegas Sister Sites: Two Real Ones, and Two Impostors

Mr Vegas shares a licence with Videoslots and MegaRiches. Two other live casinos with Mr Vegas in the name belong to a different operator, one fined 1 million pounds.

Mr Vegas has two sister sites: Videoslots and MegaRiches. All three sit on one British licence, held by Videoslots Limited of Malta, account 39380.

The complication is the name. There are two other live British casinos with “Mr Vegas” in the address, and they belong to a completely different operator. If you are trying to work out which sites are related to Mr Vegas, the register separates them cleanly. Checked on 31 August 2026, here is the picture.

The three sites on the licence

Site Domains on the register What it is
Mr Vegas mrvegas.com Casino, live casino, sports and arcade, with a jackpot lobby
Videoslots videoslots.com and videoslots.co.uk The operator’s original and largest brand
MegaRiches megariches.com Casino and betting on the same platform

Four domains, three sites: videoslots.com and videoslots.co.uk are the same casino at two addresses, which is why a count of domains overstates the size of this group by one. We keep a separate profile of Videoslots itself.

The shared platform is easy to demonstrate. To visitors outside the countries these brands serve, mrvegas.com and megariches.com both answer at the same path, /forbidden-country/, with the same style of page. Sites that are unrelated do not fail in identical ways.

Mr Vegas’s own footer confirms the ownership without any inference needed: “This website mrvegas.com is operated in the United Kingdom, by Videoslots Limited, a Malta based company, with registration number C49090 … licenced and regulated by the Great Britain Gambling Commission in the United Kingdom under license number 39380.”

One website, two companies

The same footer adds something most brands do not spell out. Outside Britain, mrvegas.com is run by a different company: “Mr Vegas Limited, a Malta based company, with registration number C93203”, licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under MGA/CRP/258/2014/01.

So the address is the same but the counterparty is not. A British player’s account is with Videoslots Limited under British rules; a player elsewhere on the same domain has an account with Mr Vegas Limited under Maltese ones. Both companies share the Pieta address.

This matters for one practical reason. Anything you read about Mr Vegas withdrawal times, complaint handling or dispute outcomes may describe the Maltese company rather than the British one, and only the British licence puts your complaint in front of a British adjudicator. Our guide to what British oversight buys you covers the difference.

The two Mr Vegas sites that are not sister sites

Search for Mr Vegas and you will also find mrvegascasino.com and mrjackvegas.com. Neither is on account 39380. Both are listed as White Label domains on ProgressPlay Limited, account 39335, a Cyprus company running a network of more than a hundred brands on one permission.

Domain Licensee Account Related to Mr Vegas?
mrvegas.com Videoslots Limited 39380 This is Mr Vegas
megariches.com Videoslots Limited 39380 Yes, same licence
videoslots.com Videoslots Limited 39380 Yes, same licence
mrvegascasino.com ProgressPlay Limited 39335 No, different operator
mrjackvegas.com ProgressPlay Limited 39335 No, different operator

That distinction is worth more than a footnote. ProgressPlay was fined £1,000,000 by the Commission in May 2025 and given a warning and an audit condition. Videoslots Limited has a separate record of its own: a £2 million settlement in June 2023 and a £650,000 fine with a warning and an audit requirement in November 2025. Reading a review of one and depositing at the other would be a genuine mistake, and the names make it an easy one.

Our Mr Slot review looks at what being one brand among 95 on a single licence actually means for a player, if you want the other side of that comparison.

What you get from the group

Videoslots is the reason to know about the connection. It is the operator’s flagship and carries a much larger games library than Mr Vegas does, and it has been on a British casino licence since November 2014.

Mr Vegas is the more heavily marketed of the three in Britain. Its own site lists title sponsorship of Snooker 900, the MrVegas Grand Slam of Darts with the PDC, and front-of-shirt sponsorship of Sheffield Wednesday for the 2025/26 Championship season. That is a substantial marketing spend behind a brand with two siblings, which is worth keeping in mind when a site feels bigger than the group behind it.

Because all three sit on one licence, expect welcome offers to be limited to one per person across the group, and expect an operator-level account closure to apply to all three. GAMSTOP covers every one of them.

If gambling stops being fun, GAMSTOP, GamCare and Gamban are the places to start, and the National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133.

Frequently asked questions

Does Mr Vegas have sister sites?

Two. Videoslots and MegaRiches sit on the same British licence, held by Videoslots Limited on account 39380. The account lists four domains, but videoslots.com and videoslots.co.uk are one site, so there are three separate casinos.

Who owns Mr Vegas?

Videoslots Limited, a Malta company with registration number C49090, at The Space, Level 2 and 3, Alfred Craig Street, Pieta. Its footer names Gambling Commission licence 39380 for British customers.

Is mrvegascasino.com the same as mrvegas.com?

No. mrvegascasino.com and mrjackvegas.com are listed as White Label domains on ProgressPlay Limited, account 39335, a different operator that was fined 1,000,000 pounds by the Commission in May 2025. Only mrvegas.com is on the Videoslots licence.

Why does Mr Vegas name two different companies?

Because two run it. In Britain the site is operated by Videoslots Limited under Gambling Commission licence 39380. Elsewhere it is operated by Mr Vegas Limited, company number C93203, under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/CRP/258/2014/01.

Is Mr Vegas covered by GAMSTOP?

Yes, for British customers. Videoslots Limited holds Active British licences on account 39380. It was fined £650,000 in November 2025, after a £2 million settlement in 2023.
