LottoGo Sister Sites: CasinoGo, and a Bet That Is Not a Ticket

LottoGo has exactly one sister site: CasinoGo. Both run on a single British licence held by Annexio (Jersey) Limited, account 51692, and both name the same company in the same footer.

The more important thing on this licence is not the size of the family. It is a sentence Annexio prints on its own sites: “Annexio does not operate a lottery. Members place bets on the outcome of national lotteries.” Checked on 31 August 2026, here is what that means.

The one sister site

CasinoGo is the other brand on account 51692. It is a straightforward online casino: slots, live casino and table games, with none of the lottery framing that LottoGo uses.

Both footers carry the identical block of text, which is the cleanest possible confirmation that they are the same business: “This website is operated by the Annexio Group of Companies operating under the following licences: Annexio (Jersey) Limited is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 51692.”

The third Active trading name on the account, “affiliate empire”, is not a gambling site. It is the group’s affiliate programme, the arm that pays other websites to send players in. Trading names on the register cover any name a licensee does business under, so a marketing operation can appear on the list alongside the casinos.

So the honest count is two consumer brands and one back-office name, on one licence.

You are betting on the lottery, not entering it

This is the part of LottoGo that deserves more attention than its sister sites.

Annexio holds a British general betting licence, not a lottery licence. When you stake on a EuroMillions or Powerball draw at LottoGo, you are not buying a ticket in that lottery. You are placing a bet with Annexio on what the numbers will be, and if you win, Annexio pays you.

The company says so itself, in the same footer as the licence numbers. It is a legitimate and licensed product, and it is what the betting licence is for. But the consequences differ from a ticket in three ways worth knowing:

Who pays. A national lottery operator pays a ticket holder. Here, the operator pays out of its own funds, so a very large win depends on that company and its insurance rather than on the lottery’s prize fund.

What the prize is. Bet-on-lottery products often pay an amount matched to the advertised jackpot rather than the jackpot itself, and the terms may cap or structure it differently. Read the prize rules, not the headline number.

Where a complaint goes. A dispute is a betting dispute with Annexio under British gambling rules, and it follows the route in our guide to what British oversight buys you. It is not a matter for the lottery operator, who has no relationship with you at all.

Two regulators, one account

Annexio (Jersey) Limited is licensed twice over: by the Gambling Commission for British customers on account 51692, and by the Jersey Gambling Commission under RGO-011-23 for others. The company is registered in Jersey with company number 125819.

For a British player, only the first of those matters. It is the British licence that brings GAMSTOP coverage, British funds-protection disclosure and access to a British adjudicator. A review written for a non-British audience may be describing the Jersey side of the same company.

Neither the register nor the account shows any regulatory action against the company, and every licence on it is Active.

What this means for a player

A two-brand licence is a small one, and that cuts both ways. There is no large network to be quietly excluded from, but there is also nowhere else in the group to go if LottoGo or CasinoGo is not for you.

Expect a welcome offer to be one per person across both sites, since they share an operator. And if you have set limits or a self-exclusion with Annexio, expect those to apply to both, because it is the same licensee holding your account either way.
