Is Basswin licensed in the UK?
No. The Gambling Commission publishes its register as a set of files updated daily. We downloaded them on 2 September 2026 and searched account names, trading names and domain names for basswin and bass win. There is no match in any of the three.
What the UK-facing site says instead is this:

The terms link that is not a terms link
This is the finding that decides the score.
The main Basswin site carries the footer you would expect: About Us, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming, Terms & Conditions, Betting Rules, Contacts, FAQs. Each is a real link pointing at a real path. Requested from London on 3 September 2026, every single one of them lands on the same place: a registration modal on a different domain, with affiliate tracking attached.
The redirect target tells you what the site is for. Requesting the About Us page produced this URL:

A promo code, a UTM campaign named after the page you tried to read, a click id and an affiliate id. The pages are not documents that failed to load. They are affiliate links wearing the labels of legal documents.
The practical effect is that a British player cannot find out the wagering requirement, the maximum bonus withdrawal, the withdrawal limits or the restricted countries list before depositing. At Zizobet we could quote clause 7.1.1 and tell you a €3,800 bonus pays out at most ten times your deposit. At Basswin there is no clause to quote.
No licence statement anywhere
We scrolled the operator site at basswin007.com to the foot of the page. The footer contains the same seven links and one line of copyright:

Five official sites, one brand
Searching for the brand from a UK connection returns at least five separate domains, each presenting itself as the real one: bass.win, basswin.co.uk, baswin.uk, basswincasinos.co.uk and basswin-casinos.com. The .com itself is parked and listed for sale at $11,999 on GoDaddy.
The two we examined most closely do not even agree with each other. bass.win advertises “an exclusive bonus of 5 euros or 50 freespins”. basswin.co.uk advertises a welcome pack of “375% up to €3000 + 300 FS”. Same brand name, same week, two offers an order of magnitude apart.
For a player this matters more than it looks. If a dispute arises, the first question is which company you contracted with, and there is no way to answer it from the outside. Euros on a site addressed to British players
The offer is denominated in euros. The site says it is aimed at UK players and calls itself the “Official Website in the UK”, but the welcome pack is €3,000 rather than a sterling figure.
UK-targeted marketing, euro balances and no British licence add up to this: every deposit carries a conversion you do not control, and the deposit limits, affordability checks and advertising rules that apply to a Commission licensee do not apply here.
Should you play at Basswin?
No, and this is a clearer answer than we usually give.
Our objection is not that Basswin is unlicensed in Britain.
