Tsars Casino review: UK blocked and a fake UK licence claim

Tsars Casino is not closed, but it is closed to you. On 18 September 2026 tsars.com tells a UK visitor “Tsars.com isn’t available in your country” and offers nothing else. It has never held a Gambling Commission licence; Casino Guru records its licence as Anjouan, in the Comoros. A second site, tsars-casino.co.uk, says otherwise and quotes a UK licence number, and that number is fake. Our score: 5 out of 10.

A plain geo block would score 5.5. The half point comes off because the Tsars name is being used to tell UK players a licence exists when it does not, on a page aimed squarely at British searchers. The real site, for the countries it serves, is a mid-sized crypto-friendly casino with a good Trustpilot score and withdrawal fees; none of that is available from Britain.

The register has no Tsars

A Gambling Commission register search for Tsars, and for the company name the clone site uses, Tsars Casino Ltd, returns no business of any kind, current or historic. The tsars.com block page names no operator at all. Casino Guru and AboutSlots both name Trink N.V., a Curacao company, as the operator, and Casino Guru records the licence as issued by Anjouan Gaming in the Comoros. Neither is a British licence and neither gives a UK player any complaint route. What tsars.com shows a UK visitor

The block text reads: “Tsars.com isn’t available in your country. Not in a restricted region? If you’re using a proxy service or VPN to access casino, try turning it off”. It gives support@tsars.com as a contact and ends with a recruitment line: “Interested in becoming a Tsars Affiliate? Join Europe’s fastest growing casino on tsars.partners”. The page title tag still reads “Tsars Casino | 2,000 euros in deposit bonuses and 200 free spins”, which is the offer for the markets it does serve. None of it is available from the UK.

What the site offers where it is allowed to

For a UK reader this section is about understanding what the clone is imitating, not a menu. Casino Guru’s review, updated July 2026, gives the picture. The welcome package is split across deposits and totals up to €2,000 plus 200 spins, with regional variants such as 100% up to €300 plus 100 spins for a first deposit. Wagering is 20x on bonus plus deposit, which on a €100 deposit and €100 bonus is €4,000 of turnover. The maximum bet while wagering is about €4, and “bets in slot games with RTP of 97.5% and higher do not count towards the wagering requirement”, which rules out the low-house-edge titles a careful player would choose. Claims are limited to one per IP address.

The cashier lists 30 methods: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Payz, Trustly, Klarna, Neosurf, Jeton, MiFinity, Rapid Transfer and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin and Tron. Casino Guru lists “deposit and withdrawal fees” among the site’s cons, and withdrawal limits of €5,000 a day, €15,000 a week and €30,000 a month, with no win cap. The lobby draws on 62 providers, including NetEnt, Novomatic, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, Blueprint, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Quickspin, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, Push Gaming and BGaming. Live chat runs 24/7 in English, and the site itself is offered in fifteen languages.

Player reports on Trustpilot are mostly positive by offshore standards. A Canadian reviewer in August 2026 describes a withdrawal refused after verification and the balance disappearing, then being restored after contacting support; the operator’s reply, several paragraphs of apology, promises the “Financial Department is doing its utmost” without a timescale. The 23% one-star share is low for an unlicensed site, and the operator replies within about a week. None of it changes the position for a British player: no UK licence, no GAMSTOP, no ombudsman.

The clone site and its fake licence number

A different site at tsars-casino.co.uk uses the Tsars name and makes claims the real domain does not. It says the casino is “Licensed by the UK Gambling Commission” under “licence 79477-9698-R-612178”, “operated by Tsars Casino Ltd (Company No. 49255305, United Kingdom)” and “Established 2010”. It offers “143% up to 1,650 pounds plus 138 spins, 31x wagering, 59 days to play”. It adds “Average payout in 23 minutes”, “audited by eCOGRA, QUINEL, and BMM Testlabs”, and a live counter reading “Paid out today 529,450 pounds, 3,815 players online”.

The licence number is wrong before you even search for it. Real Gambling Commission account numbers are five digits, for example 39326, and the licence reference that goes with an account reads like 039326-R-319358-061: a six digit block, the letter R, another six digit block, then three digits. The number on the clone, 79477-9698-R-612178, has a four digit block before the R and a six digit block after it with nothing following. It does not fit the pattern the Commission uses.

The company claim fails at the register rather than on format. The same trick in a different form, a licence flag the operator’s own code labels fake, runs across the Bon Rush network. Companies House numbers are eight characters, and 49255305 is eight characters, so the number alone does not settle it. The register does: no Tsars Casino Ltd appears there, and no Tsars business of any description does. The “Established 2010” line contradicts Casino Guru’s 2020 for the real brand. Everything else on the page is dressed to look British: pounds instead of euros, a .co.uk domain, testing lab names and a running payout counter. None of it can be checked, and the one number that could be checked fails. Treat tsars-casino.co.uk as a fake and do not enter card details or identity documents on it.

Why the clone exists

Clone sites appear around brands with two properties: a name that people search for, and a geo block that stops those searchers reaching the real thing. Tsars has both. Search volume for “tsars casino” in Britain comes from advertising and affiliate coverage aimed at Europe, and every one of those searchers hits a wall at tsars.com. A page on a .co.uk domain that ranks for the name, promises a licence and takes pounds catches the overflow. The block page on the real site even advertises its affiliate programme, “Europe’s fastest growing casino on tsars.partners”, so some of the traffic pointed at the clone may come from affiliates who were promised commission on Tsars and found a way to earn it from British visitors the real site refuses.

The tell is always the same. A licensed UK site names its operating company, its Companies House or overseas registration and its five-digit Gambling Commission account number in the footer, and all three can be checked in a minute. The clone offers a company that is not on the register, a licence number in the wrong format and an “established” date that predates the real brand by a decade. Sister sites

Trink N.V. is named by third parties as the operator of tsars.com; no other brand is publicly tied to it, and the block page names no group. Casino Guru counts two complaints against “related casinos”, which suggests a shared platform rather than a shared brand family. Trustpilot rates tsars.com at 4.1 from 671 reviews, 60% five star and 23% one star, with 99 reviews in the last twelve months and the operator typically replying within a week. That is a decent score, and it belongs to the real site, which UK players cannot use. The clone does not get to borrow it. Casino Guru’s 42 user reviews rate the site “good” and it has no direct complaints on file, with 21 black points inherited from related casinos.

How we scored it

Safety 4: no UK licence, an Anjouan licence that carries no consumer protection in Britain, a geo block, and a clone using the name to fake a Commission number. Games 6 and payments 6 reflect what the real site offers elsewhere, for context only; support 5 for the same reason. Overall 5, the floor of the scale, and half a point below a plain geo block because of the clone.

What a UK player should do

Do not play on either domain. The real tsars.com has chosen not to serve the UK, has no UK licence and names no operator on the page it shows here. The .co.uk clone claims a licence that does not exist, and a site willing to invent a regulator’s licence number is not a site to trust with a deposit.
