NetBet has no sister sites in Britain. Netbet Enterprises Limited holds Gambling Commission account 39170, and all seven domains on that account are sections of one brand: netbet.co.uk and its casino, live, vegas, poker, sport and lottery subdomains. There is no second trading name on the licence and nothing marked White Label.

That makes the useful question a different one. If NetBet is the only brand, what are you really choosing between when you pick the casino, the vegas lobby or the sportsbook, and what does the operator’s record look like? Checked against the register and the live site on 27 and 28 September 2026.

These are doors into one account. You register once, verify once and hold one balance, and a deposit limit or time-out you set applies across all of them. That is the opposite of a true sister-site network, where each brand needs its own account and its own limits.

What the 2025 settlement found

On 5 November 2025 the Commission published a regulatory settlement with Netbet Enterprises Limited. The operator agreed to pay £650,000 in lieu of a financial penalty after a compliance assessment found failings in its anti-money laundering and safer gambling controls between October 2023 and July 2024. The public statement gives examples:

  • A customer in a higher-risk occupation deposited about £2,000 in four active days by Apple Pay and stayed rated low risk. A later payslip showed monthly net pay of about £2,800, and a deposit of £1,650 within two hours was not treated as disproportionate.
  • Another customer started a session at 03:32 and had deposited and staked a £1,500 balance on poker by 03:35. Sessions kept starting overnight, at deposit-limit level, and the only contact was automated emails and pop-ups.
  • Signs of harm such as overnight play, fast deposits and exhausted limits were often only picked up when someone reviewed the account by hand.

The statement also says the licensee worked with the Commission to fix the issues. A settlement is not a licence suspension, and NetBet’s licences remain Active on the register. It is still worth knowing before you deposit, because it shows where the operator’s checks fell short.

The welcome offer, line by line

The casino offer is a stake-to-unlock deal rather than a deposit match. You opt in under the Quests tab, bet £20 or more on any slot, and receive 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash at 10p each, worth £10 in total. Winnings from the spins are paid as cash rather than bonus money, but capped at £100. There is no wagering requirement to clear on the spin winnings, which is the main reason it compares well with match bonuses.
