BoyleSports has no separate sister brands. Its online licence is held by Boylesports Enterprise under Gambling Commission account 39469, and every one of the 21 domains on that account carries the Boyle name: the main boylesports.com site, its casino, games, vegas, bingo, poker and lotto sections, and a set of older standalone Boyle addresses. There is no brand on the licence with a different name.
What makes BoyleSports worth a closer look in 2026 is the company behind it. Ireland’s largest independent bookmaker has been reported as up for sale since May. Checked against the register on 27 and 28 September 2026.

The five trading names registered to the account are boylesports.com, boylecasino.com, boylegames.com, boylebingo.com and boylepoker.com. boylecasino.com now redirects to casino.boylesports.com, so the standalone names work as shortcuts into the main site rather than as separate casinos.
Two licences, one company
The register lists a second account, Boylesports (UK) Limited, number 3536, at the same Finnabair Industrial Estate address in Dundalk. That licence covers betting only and has no website domains on it, which fits the retail side of the business: the betting shops in Northern Ireland and Great Britain. If you bet in a BoyleSports shop in Britain, that is the licence you are dealing with. If you play online, it is account 39469.
The 2020 fine
In November 2020 the Commission fined Boylesports Enterprise £2.8 million, gave it an official warning and added conditions to its licence after finding it had no appropriate money laundering risk assessment and unsuitable anti-money laundering controls on boylesports.com and boylecasino.com (Commission announcement). The conditions include keeping a qualified money laundering reporting officer in post and annual outside training for senior staff. The register’s business page no longer shows the case because entries age off after about three years.
The 2026 sale
In May 2026 NEXT.io reported that BoyleSports was up for sale, with details sent to potential buyers. The business was founded by John Boyle in 1982 and runs about 390 shops across Ireland and the UK. It had announced a £100 million UK relaunch in July 2025, including 200 new shops and a front-of-shirt deal with West Ham United.
A sale would not change anything for players on its own. The licence belongs to the company, and a new owner has to pass the Commission’s checks before it can take control. If the brand is ever moved onto another operator’s licence, the register is where it will show first, and we will update this page when it does.
Sites that work like BoyleSports
If you want another bookmaker with a full casino attached, the closest British comparisons are Betfred, Ladbrokes and Coral, the last two sharing one operator. The full list is in every sister-site network we have mapped.
