Casumo has no sister sites in Britain. Its UK site is run by Recro Limited under Gambling Commission account 61549, and casumo.com is the only domain on that account. There is no second trading name and no white label.

What Casumo does have is a change of licence holder that trips up a lot of older reviews. Until 2023 the UK site ran on a different account, held by Casumo Services Limited. Checked against the register and the live site on 27 and 28 September 2026.

Both companies give the same address, the Unicorn Centre in Swieqi, Malta. For you as a player the handover matters in two places. First, if you look Casumo up on the register, the current account to check is 61549, not the older 39265 that many sites still quote. Second, any complaint about play since late 2023 goes to Recro Limited as the licensee.

The older account carries history worth knowing. In March 2021 the Commission fined Casumo Services Limited £6 million, issued a warning and ordered an independent audit after finding social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures, including a customer who lost £1.1 million over three years without a responsible gambling interaction (Commission announcement). Nothing has been recorded against Recro Limited since it took over the UK licence.

Why there are no Casumo sister sites

A sister site, in the sense that protects you, is another brand on the same Gambling Commission account: one company holds your money at both and answers complaints at both. Recro Limited runs one brand in Britain. Neither the current account nor the surrendered one lists a second trading name.

Lists that call other casinos Casumo sister sites usually mean casinos that feel similar, with a bright design, a loyalty mission system and a large slot lobby. That is a matter of taste, not ownership.

The welcome offer, line by line

New customers who opt in get a 50% deposit bonus up to £100 on their first deposit. The minimum deposit is £20, so a £20 deposit adds £10 of bonus and the full £100 needs a £200 deposit. Wagering is 10 times the bonus amount, in line with the cap on bonus wagering that applies to British operators from January 2026, and the bonus lapses after 7 days. The maximum bet while the bonus is active is €5 or the local equivalent, and some games and payment methods are excluded.

The homepage says Casumo has run since 2012, offers more than 3,500 games and streams part of its live casino from its own studio. Beyond the offer, the site runs an opt-in quest system called UmoRewards.

Casinos that feel like Casumo

If it is the style you want rather than a shared operator, look at PlayOJO, which is also built around wager-free or low-wager offers, and LeoVegas, another Malta-based operator with a large mobile lobby. For groups that genuinely run many brands on one licence, see our SkillOnNet casinos page and every sister-site network we have mapped.
