Open the operator map →QueenPlay closed on 28 May 2026, and it says so itself. As of 31 August 2026, queenplay.com shows a notice over a dimmed games lobby: “queenplay.com website is no longer operational as of 28/05/2026.”
Its sister sites went the same way. The licence they shared, AG Communications Limited on account 39483, still shows as Active, but every single one of its 76 domains is now marked Inactive. That is an unusual thing to find: an operator with live British licences and not one live site. Here is what was on that account, where five of the brands went, and what the closure notice tells you to do if you are still owed money.

A live licence with nothing on it
Account 39483 holds three Active British licences: casino since 1 November 2014, general betting on real events since 28 September 2017, and bingo since 27 August 2019. Its one Active trading name is “aspireglobal”.
Underneath that, the domain list runs to 76 entries and every one is Inactive. There is no Active domain and no White Label domain on the account at all.
An Inactive domain means the licensee is not offering gambling at that address to British customers. Seventy-six of them, with none replacing them, is a business that has stopped serving this market rather than one that has moved a brand around. The licence being kept Active alongside that is normal enough; surrendering a permission is a decision a company can take its time over.
The practical point for a player is simple. If you had an account at QueenPlay, the operator is still a licensed British company and still reachable. What you cannot do is play there.

What the closure notice actually tells you
The page that replaces the QueenPlay lobby is more useful than most closure notices, because it names the company, the licence and a route for complaints. In full, the important parts read:
“This website was operated by AG Communications Limited, licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (License Number: 039483-R-319409-018).” Anyone with an account balance or a pending withdrawal is directed to asg_supportcenter@aristocrat.com.
It then sets out the escalation route: “If you have an outstanding complaint, are unhappy with our final response or it has been 8 weeks since you raised your complaint, you may refer your case free of charge to our ADR provider, eCOGRA.”
That is the British complaints system working as designed, and it is exactly what a Curacao or offshore closure would not give you. Every British licensee has to name an approved dispute service and has to let you escalate after eight weeks. Our guide to what British oversight buys you goes through why that eight-week clock matters.
Two details are worth noting. The support address is at aristocrat.com rather than at any QueenPlay or Aspire domain, which points at where the business now sits. And the licence number on the notice ends -018, while the register currently shows -019 on the same account; the Commission increments that suffix when a licence changes, so the notice was written against a slightly earlier version of the same permission.
The brands that were on the licence
The Inactive list reads like a directory of mid-2010s British online casinos. Among the 76: queenplay.com, karamba.com, hopa.com, casinoluck.com, greenplay.com, luckland.com, magicred.com, playfrank.com, playclub.com, nextcasino.com, dreamjackpot.com, redcasino.com, generationvip.com, jaakcasino.com, kingcasino.com, 666casino.com, mrluck.com, mrplay.com, mrmega.com, betiton.com, casiplay.com, slotzo.com, wildslots.com, griffoncasino.com, kaiserslots.com, heyspin.com, luckythrillz.com, spinrio.com, regentplay.com, vegasland.com, winnersmagic.com and zetbet.com.
Several of those we have covered separately, because they were live under this licence until recently.
Where some of them went
Five names from that list have reappeared as Active domains on a different account: 67098, Jupiter Gaming Limited, of 9 Bond Street, St Helier, Jersey.
| Brand | On account 39483 | Now |
|---|---|---|
| Dream Jackpot | Inactive | Active on Jupiter Gaming, account 67098 |
| Red Casino | Inactive | Active on Jupiter Gaming, account 67098 |
| 666 Casino | Inactive | Active on Jupiter Gaming, account 67098 |
| King Casino | Inactive | Active on Jupiter Gaming, account 67098 |
| Mr Luck | Inactive | Active on Jupiter Gaming, account 67098 |
| QueenPlay | Inactive | Nowhere; the domain restricts UK access |
| Generation VIP | Inactive | Nowhere on the register |
| Jaak Casino | Inactive | Nowhere on the register |
So the brands did not all die with the account. Five of them were picked up by a Jersey licensee that only took out its own permission in August 2025, and are trading today. We set out that whole group in Jupiter Gaming casinos.
QueenPlay itself was not among them. On the evidence of the register and of the site, it is closed to British players and has no successor.
If you are looking for QueenPlay today
Three cautions, in order of how likely they are to cost you something.
If you are owed money, use the address on the notice. Write to asg_supportcenter@aristocrat.com, keep a copy, and if there is no final response within eight weeks, take it to eCOGRA free of charge. That right survives the site closing.
Ignore any site presenting itself as a QueenPlay mirror. There is no Active QueenPlay domain on any British licence. Anything offering QueenPlay to a UK player now is not doing so under the licence that brand used to hold.
Do not assume a familiar name means a familiar operator. Dream Jackpot, Red Casino, King Casino, 666 Casino and Mr Luck are all live, but the company behind them changed. Balances, terms and complaint routes follow the licence, not the logo.
Check the register before depositing anywhere that feels like a revival. A brand can be handed between licensees more than once, and the domain list on an account is the fastest way to see who is actually responsible for your money today.
If gambling stops being fun, GAMSTOP, GamCare and Gamban are the places to start, and the National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133.
Frequently asked questions
Does QueenPlay still work in the UK?
No. It closed on 28 May 2026. As of 31 August 2026, queenplay.com shows a notice reading 'queenplay.com website is no longer operational as of 28/05/2026', and the domain is marked Inactive on the Gambling Commission register.
What are QueenPlay's sister sites?
They were the other brands on AG Communications Limited account 39483, including Karamba, Hopa, CasinoLuck, GreenPlay, LuckLand, MagicRed, PlayFrank, NextCasino and Mr Play. All 76 domains on that account are now Inactive.
Is the QueenPlay licence still valid?
The licence is. Account 39483 holds Active casino, bingo and general betting licences. In February 2025 AG Communications paid a £1,407,834 settlement over anti-money laundering and safer gambling failures. What it has is no Active domains, so nothing is being offered to British players.
Where did the QueenPlay brands go?
Five of them are now Active on account 67098, Jupiter Gaming Limited of St Helier, Jersey: Dream Jackpot, Red Casino, 666 Casino, King Casino and Mr Luck. QueenPlay itself, Generation VIP and Jaak Casino are not Active anywhere on the register.
I am still owed money by QueenPlay. What do I do?
The closure notice names asg_supportcenter@aristocrat.com for account balances and pending withdrawals. If you have no final response after eight weeks, the notice says you may refer the case free of charge to its ADR provider, eCOGRA. That right survives the site closing.
