Unibet has two sister sites in Britain: 32Red and Bingo.com. All three run on one Gambling Commission licence, account 45322, held by Platinum Gaming Limited. One company holds your balance at each of them, applies the same verification rules and answers the same complaints.
If you are choosing between Unibet and 32Red for the casino welcome offer, take 32Red. Both ask you to stake £30 on slots and both pay 10p spins on Big Bass Splash with 10x wagering on the winnings, but 32Red gives 320 spins to Unibet’s 300 and lets you use them for 30 days instead of 48 hours.

Unibet or 32Red: which welcome offer is better?
They are the same offer with two differences, and both favour 32Red.
- Spins: 320 at 32Red, 300 at Unibet. At 10p each that is £32 of spins against £30, for the same £30 of slot play.
- Time: Unibet’s spins expire within 48 hours. At 32Red you claim within 48 hours and then have 30 days to play them.
Everything else matches. Both are for new customers in Great Britain, both need a debit card or instant bank transfer, and both put 10x wagering on what the spins win. Three hundred spins is a lot to get through in two days, so unless you plan to play them all tonight, 32Red is the better deal.
Platinum Gaming verifies both accounts. Read the bonus terms on each site before you try to take both offers, because one company sits behind them.
The £10 million penalty
Account 45322 carries one regulatory action. On 22 September 2025 the Commission issued a warning, attached conditions to the licence and imposed a £10,000,000 financial penalty. It found that between January 2023 and May 2024 Platinum Gaming broke the anti-money laundering conditions of its licence and the rules on how operators step in when a customer shows signs of harm.
The licence stays Active and all three brands trade normally. What it means for you is thorough checks. Have proof of identity and address ready before your first withdrawal, and for larger deposits expect to be asked where the money comes from. Sending those documents early is the quickest way to get paid.
The full story of how 32Red ended up on this account is in our 32Red review.
One company, three accounts
Each brand is a separate account with its own login, balance and limits. Because one licensee runs all three:
- A complaint about any of them goes to Platinum Gaming first, then to the dispute service named in that site’s terms.
- A self-exclusion set inside one site may not carry to the others. GAMSTOP covers all three.
- Verification documents you send one brand do not automatically clear you at another.
