BV Gaming Casinos and Sister Sites
BV Gaming Limited holds UKGC account 39576, the licence behind BetVictor. What sits on the account, and what does not.
BV Gaming Limited is the company behind BetVictor, and its Gambling Commission account 39576 also carries Heart Bingo, Parimatch, Betano, Smooth Spins and talkSPORT BET. Six brands, nine live domains. All nine opened from a UK connection on 29 September 2026.
Only BetVictor is BV Gaming’s own brand. Heart Bingo and Smooth Spins borrow radio names, talkSPORT BET borrows a radio station, and Parimatch and Betano are international betting brands. All of them run their British business through this one licence.

The 2022 settlement
In February 2022 BV Gaming agreed to pay £2 million after a Commission investigation found fairness, social responsibility and money laundering failures. The Commission named betvictor.com, betvictor.mobi, hbingo.co.uk, heartbingo.co.uk and parimatch.co.uk as the sites the company ran at the time. The register’s business page shows no regulatory actions today because entries age off after about three years, so this one no longer appears there.
Why the group matters for your winnings
Heart Bingo’s terms apply its maximum payout limit across every brand in the group, so opening a second account at a sister site does not give you a second ceiling. Our Heart Bingo sister sites page compares the welcome offers across all six brands, and the BetVictor page covers the main brand.
Are they sister sites?
Yes. One Gibraltar company holds the money and answers complaints at every brand here, and GAMSTOP blocks them together. Registration, verification and deposit limits stay separate at each brand.
How to check a BV Gaming site yourself
- Scroll to the footer. A site on this licence names BV Gaming Limited, registered in Gibraltar, and account number 39576.
- Search 39576 on the Gambling Commission public register and open the domain names tab.
- Find the site’s address. Active or White Label means it is live on the licence; Inactive means it no longer trades there.
