Mecca and Grosvenor are the online sides of the high-street bingo halls and casinos, and The Vic takes its name from the Victoria casino on Edgware Road. The others are online-only.
Regulatory history
Account 57924 has no regulatory actions recorded. The licence only dates from March 2022, though. Before that, Rank’s online brands ran on Rank Digital Gaming (Alderney) Limited, which in January 2022 agreed to a £700,557 regulatory settlement for social responsibility failures on bellacasino.com, grosvenorcasino.com, meccabingo.com and meccagames.com.
Separately, Rank said in July 2026 that it had proposed a £5 million payment over a Commission review of Grosvenor Casinos Limited, the licence for its land-based casinos, covering November 2024 to May 2025. Rank said the Commission was minded to accept, and was awaiting a finalisation letter (iGaming Business). That concerns the venues rather than the online sites on this page.
