“Managed by White Hat Gaming”

Most of the brands here are white labels. Casimba’s footer puts it plainly: Casimba is a brand managed by White Hat Gaming Limited. The partner owns the name and the marketing; White Hat runs the casino, holds the licence and holds your money. That is why the terms look alike across the network. Casimba and Grand Ivy both set a £20 minimum withdrawal from cash funds, twice the £10 common elsewhere.

Our Grand Ivy review is the fullest look at how a White Hat site treats players in practice: a fair 75-spin offer with no wagering, and a public record of withdrawal complaints that the operator rarely answers.

The 2020 settlement

In December 2020 White Hat Gaming paid a £1.3 million regulatory settlement after a Commission assessment found failings in how it handled customers at higher risk of money laundering and problem gambling. The Commission’s announcement gives three examples: no source-of-funds check on a customer who lost £70,000 in three months, and ineffective contact with customers who lost £50,000 in six hours and £85,000 in just over an hour. The failures happened on grandivy.com, 21casino.com, hellocasino.com and dreamvegas.com, all still live on this licence. White Hat committed to automatic spending blocks when limits are hit and stronger source-of-funds checks.

The register’s business page no longer shows it, because entries age off after about three years.

Are they sister sites?

Yes. Every domain above runs on one Gambling Commission account, so White Hat Gaming is answerable at all of them and GAMSTOP blocks them all together. Accounts, limits and bonuses do not carry across: you register and verify separately at each brand.

How to check a White Hat site yourself

  1. Scroll to the footer. A White Hat site says it is managed by, or a brand of, White Hat Gaming Limited, registered in Malta.
  2. Search 52894 on the Gambling Commission public register and open the domain names tab.
  3. Find the site’s address. Active or White Label means it is live on the licence; Inactive means it no longer trades there.
