Two of those deserve translating.

The Commission notes that the licensee co-operated and took corrective steps.
That last part matters. A sanction is a record of what went wrong and what was ordered to fix it, not a warning to stay away. But it is a fact about the company holding your money, and it applies to all 124 live brands on the account, Mr Slot included.
