ProgressPlay Casinos and Sister Sites
ProgressPlay Limited holds Gambling Commission account 39335: 115 live casino and bingo sites, 20 of its own and 95 white labels, and a £1 million penalty in 2025.
ProgressPlay Limited runs one of the biggest white-label casino networks licensed in Britain. Its Gambling Commission account 39335 lists 115 live domains: 20 it runs as its own brands and 95 white labels, where a partner owns the name and ProgressPlay supplies the licence, the platform and the payments. Mr Slot, Pots of Luck, Dukes Casino, Chit Chat Bingo, Wombat Bingo and BetMorph are all ProgressPlay sites.
In May 2025 the Commission fined ProgressPlay £1,000,000 over anti-money laundering and safer gambling failings, three years after an earlier £175,718 settlement. The details are below. We checked all 115 domains from a UK connection on 29 September 2026.

The 2025 penalty
On 9 May 2025 the Commission published the outcome of a review of ProgressPlay’s operating licence. It found the company had breached the anti-money laundering conditions of its licence, including the rules for operators based outside Britain, and had failed to meet the customer interaction code, the rules on spotting and acting on signs of gambling harm. The Commission:
- gave ProgressPlay a formal warning,
- added a condition to its licence requiring a third-party audit within six months, to check that its anti-money laundering and safer gambling controls actually work, and
- imposed a financial penalty of £1,000,000.
It was not the first time. In a settlement the Commission announced on 17 May 2022, ProgressPlay paid £175,718 over earlier social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures, at a time when it ran 201 websites.
The Commission noted that the company co-operated and took corrective steps in 2025. The licence stayed Active and still is. Because every site below runs on that one licence, the finding applies to all of them, whatever name is on the front.
How ProgressPlay sites work
The casino sites share one platform and one set of offer rules. The welcome terms shown on Mr Slot, Dukes Casino and Chit Chat Bingo on 29 September 2026 all say the same things:
- 10x wagering on bonus money within 30 days, and 10x on free spin winnings within 7 days. Real money is staked first.
- Winnings are capped. Mr Slot limits bonus conversion to 1 times the bonus amount, and free spin winnings to £4.
- Mr Slot’s welcome offer is limited to 5 brands within the network. You cannot collect a new-player bonus at every ProgressPlay site, which is the clearest sign that the company treats them as one business.
- Withdrawing cancels any active bonus, and Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the offer.
Chit Chat Bingo’s offer shows the pattern on the bingo side: deposit £10 and get a 200% games bonus up to £40, with the same 10x wagering. Our Mr Slot review and Pots of Luck review go through the full terms on two of these sites.

All 95 white-label sites
A white label here is a brand that belongs to a marketing partner but trades on ProgressPlay’s licence. The partner picks the name and the look; ProgressPlay holds the deposits, runs identity checks and deals with complaints. Of the 95, 91 opened normally from a UK connection. Two returned a bot check, one was rate-limited and 777tigers.com showed a “site not found” page.

Six of the white labels are lottery information sites rather than casinos: euro-millions.com, irishlottery.com, jackpot.com, lottery.co.uk, lotto.net, national-lottery.com. Their homepages carry lottery news and results; the register lists them as white labels on this account, but ProgressPlay does not run the lottery draws themselves.
Are they sister sites?
Yes. Every domain above is on one Gambling Commission account, so one company holds your money and answers complaints at all of them. What that means for you:
- The same rules follow you. Moving from Mr Slot to Dukes Casino changes the logo, not the wagering, the caps or the verification.
- Welcome offers run out. Mr Slot’s terms cap new-player bonuses at five brands in the network.
- GAMSTOP covers all of them, as it does every Gambling Commission licensee.
If you want genuinely different terms, you need a different licence holder, such as Jumpman Gaming or SkillOnNet.
How to check a ProgressPlay site yourself
- Scroll to the footer. A ProgressPlay site says it is operated by ProgressPlay Limited, company C58305 in Malta.
- Search 39335 on the Gambling Commission public register and open the domain names tab.
- Find the address. Active or White Label means it is live on the licence; Inactive means it no longer trades there.
