BetAhoy Sister Sites: One Licence, Two Uckfield Neighbours

BetAhoy has no sister sites on its own licence. Bet Ahoy Ltd holds Gambling Commission account 100094, and the register lists exactly one domain against it: betahoy.co.uk. The licence was granted on 17 December 2025, so this is one of the newest operators on the British market.

It does have neighbours, though. Two other small licensed bookmakers, BetGoodwin and BetTOM, trade from the same business park in Uckfield, East Sussex, and Companies House links all three companies to one family. They are separate licences, so they are relatives rather than sisters in the strict sense. Checked against the register and Companies House on 27 and 28 September 2026.

BetAhoy at a glance

Why there are no BetAhoy sister sites

A sister site, in the sense that protects you, is another brand run on the same Gambling Commission account. That company holds the money at both sites, answers complaints at both, and applies one set of verification rules. Bet Ahoy Ltd has only ever had one domain on its account. There is no second trading name, no white label and no retired brand behind it.

The footer says the same thing. It names BetAhoy as a brand owned and operated by BetAhoy Ltd, company number 16650332, registered at 3 Kingfisher Court, Uckfield, and licensed in Great Britain under account 100094. Every detail matches the public register.

The Kingfisher Court connection

Kingfisher Court is a small row of units on the Bellbrook Industrial Park. Three licensed bookmakers give an address there:

The family link comes from Companies House. Julian George Norman Head is the registered person with significant control of Bet Ahoy Ltd. He is also a director of Goodwin Racing Limited, whose parent company is Choicebet (UK) Limited, and a director of BetGoodwin Limited, a new company set up on 16 September 2026. Susan Claire Head controls Bet Tom Limited, and Benjamin Head sits on the Goodwin boards and was a founding director of Bet Tom.

So the three bookmakers share an address, a family and, by all appearances, a platform. BetAhoy and BetGoodwin both run their casino and sportsbook on EveryMatrix, a supplier that powers many other operators. Each still holds its own licence, which means:

• An account at one does not give you an account at the others. You register, verify and set limits separately.
• A complaint goes to the operator you played with, then to its own dispute service.
• A self-exclusion set inside one site does not carry across. GAMSTOP does, because all three are licensed and must check it.

What the platform tells you

BetAhoy runs a sportsbook first and a casino second. The casino lobby opens with exclusive slot releases, a Games Global tournament with a £500 prize pool, a daily free scratchcard spin worth 10p and a Drops and Wins network promotion that runs until 3 March 2027. The welcome offer is modest by design: stake £10 on the named slot, enter BASS100, and receive 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash. Read the full terms on the site before opting in.

On the betting side, Best Odds Guaranteed covers UK and Irish horse and greyhound racing from 10am each day, capped at £100 extra per bet, and excludes ante-post and international racing.

Is a brand this new safe?

A new licence is not a warning sign by itself. The Commission assesses the company, its owners and its money before it grants one, and the licence here covers every product BetAhoy sells. What a new operator lacks is a track record. There is no history of complaints to read, no archive of payout reports and no earlier settlement to learn from, because the business has not existed long enough for any of that.

The register shows no regulatory action against Bet Ahoy Ltd, Goodwin Racing Limited or Bet Tom Limited.

If you want an actual alternative

If you came here looking for sites that feel like BetAhoy, the closest match is BetGoodwin, which shares the platform and the family. For a larger operator with several connected brands, see our guides to Betfred, Ladbrokes and kwiff, or browse every sister-site network we have mapped.
