Red Spins Sister Sites: 12 Casinos on One Grace Media Licence

Red Spins has 12 live sister sites. All of them run on the same Gambling Commission licence, account 57869, held by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited. Chelsea Palace, Mango Spins, Hot Streak Casino, Royal Valley Casino and Vegaswins are the best known. Of the 15 domains on the licence, 14 were open to UK visitors on 29 September 2026, and casino.spinzcasino.com did not respond. The register published on 3 October 2026 now lists casino.spinzcasino.com and vipbet.com as Inactive, which leaves 12 live sister sites.

Red Spins at a glance

The Red Spins sister sites

Four of these are Grace Media’s own brands, marked Active. Eight, like Red Spins itself, are white labels: a partner owns the name and Grace Media runs the casino. The last two, Spinz Casino and VIP Bet, moved from White Label to Inactive on the register between 27 September and 3 October 2026. For the live ones, the same company holds your deposit and answers your complaint.

The wagering figure to question

The Red Spins homepage leads with a small, simple offer: deposit and wager £5 on slots and get 25 free spins at 10p each, credited within seven days. The promotions page advertises a bigger one, up to 300 bonus spins for a first deposit of £10 or more, with 30x wagering and a 4x conversion cap. Chelsea Palace shows the same terms on its welcome bonus page, and its homepage offer (deposit £10, get a £20 slot bonus) says 40x wagering with a £50 maximum conversion.

Since 19 January 2026, Gambling Commission rules have limited bonus wagering to 10 times the bonus. We cannot tell from the pages whether these are old terms left online or terms still applied to new accounts. Before you deposit, ask support in writing which wagering figure applies to you and keep the answer. If more than 10x is applied, raise it as a complaint with Grace Media first and then with its dispute service.

The 2025 penalty

On 26 June 2025 the Commission fined Grace Media £60,000 for breaching its rules on self-exclusion and on consent for marketing emails and texts. The Commission put the failure down to human error, noted that policies were in place and that the company co-operated. The licence remains Active, and because every sister site runs on it, the finding covers all fifteen.

What carries across between sister sites

• GAMSTOP blocks all of them at once, as it does every British-licensed casino.
• The complaints route is the same: Grace Media, then the dispute service it names. Red Spins lists eCOGRA in its footer.
• Your account does not carry across. Each brand needs its own registration, verification and limits.
